God Bless Youtube. This is actually the first tune that I ever heard on vinyl, from my uncle’s record collection. The name of the tune roughly translates as “In the lazer light”, and the artist is Roman Tam, also known as the “Godfather of Cantopop”. Its interesting to see just how widespread the popularity of Italo Disco was at the time. This tune has been covered and remixed a dozen times over the years, although in my opinion none of them have done the original any justice. I might humbly try my hand at an edit of this HK classic
